Comcast EBIF Enhanced Ads

Comcast/TV Works were the initial force behind EBIF (Enhanced Binary Interchange Format).  With Tru-2-way cable operators, advertising, and networks can have a two way channel over the tv broadcast. This enables activity such as social networking, rating and polling, requests for more information, drill downs to more feature rich ads to name a few. Here are original concepts used for development and testing as well as a look at future implementation.
