As design lead for the Cox Interactive TV account over several years the work was pure UX as an outside firm did the visual styling. Cox was exciting to work with and made an early commitment to interactive television. They were the first to market, several years ago, with online bill pay and account management as well as TV applications such as Email and Caller ID and had full distribution across various markets. One exciting technology that TV Works developed and which Cox embraced was a "live feed" TV mosaic. Focus on any one of the tiles trigger's the audio stream for that channel. Each mosaic is category driven; a separate screen for Kids than for Sports.
